Donald has helped individuals and families manage their legal problems since 2001. He has spent most of his career solving financial problems, so it comes naturally to him when a client comes to him to solve it. He is a member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, a member of the Minnesota state bar, the federal bar for the District of Minnesota, and the Eight Circuit of Appeals. He practices exclusively in the areas of tax resolution and bankruptcy.

Marie has helped individuals and families manage their debt since 1998. She has been quoted in the Minnesota Lawyer newspaper and written articles for the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Bench and Bar Magazine during her career. She has also been a presenter at numerous Continuing Education seminars for other attorneys.
